This is the official page of ADEPAC (Association for the Development of Analytical Psychology in Colombia), recognized internationally as the Colombian Development Group by IAAP, International Association of Analytical Psychology, maximum organism of Jungian thought world-wide.

ADEPAC is a non-profit organization interested in the dissemination, research and development of Analytical Psychology in the country with its central office in Bogota. Legal representation has been given by the Chamber of Commerce (N.I.T. 900011038-1 of 7 March 2005). The organization has a national character and works towards building a net of associates from different disciplines in different cities who share a common interest in this approach.

The objectives of the Association are:

1. To foster the development of Analytical Psychology, stimulating the study, diffusion and research on the works and contributions of Dr Carl Gustav Jung, and significant postjungians schools of thought.

2. To increase the knowledge of Analytical Psychology in its members and associates through cultural activities.

3. To promote links with IAAP (International for Association Analytical Psychology), and with other institutions dedicated to the study, training, diffusion and investigation of Analytical Psychology.

4. To search for financial and institutional supports that will allow its Members to attend national and international events, and other academic activities of education, diffusion and investigation in Analytical Psychology.

5. To publish and to reproduce texts and materials related to the development, spreading and investigation of Analytical Psychology.

6. To celebrate contracts and cooperation agreements with national and international institutions that will contribute to the development, spreading and investigation of Analytical Psychology.

In order to achieve these objectives Training Groups have been organized, along with the publication of the Bulletin of the Association (circulating among active members), and this web page, opened to a more general audience. The page contains basic material in the field of Analytical Psychology.
This page includes information on: national and international events, biographies of Jungian analysts, specialized bibliography, information on jungian therapy training, articles of Colombian and foreign authors, thesis reviews and summaries of analytical psychology materials produced in the country, book reviews, artistic theory on myths and manifestations associated with Analytical Psychology, and a presentation of basic concepts used in this approach.
